Nebuly is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup building the platform that proves the ROI of enterprise AI.
Every enterprise function — sales, customer support, HR, finance — is deploying AI agents at scale, and budgets are following fast. But most companies can't answer a basic question: is this spend actually working? Every enterprise deploying AI agents is asking the same question: is this actually delivering value? Today, almost none of them can answer it. The signal that could answer it is right there — millions of conversations happening every day between employees, customers, and these agents — but it's unstructured, high-volume, and invisible without the right infrastructure. So the ROI question stays unanswered, not because the answer doesn't exist, but because no one can see it. Nebuly makes that signal visible. It sits on top of any enterprise AI deployment, turns those conversations into a clear answer — is this working, and where — and connects the dots back to ROI. Think of it as the accountability layer for enterprise AI: connect once, see the impact, prove the value — with no data ever leaving your environment.
Every new data category has created a new software category. CRM turned customer interactions into pipeline accountability. Product analytics turned user behavior into growth accountability. Nebuly is building that same layer for AI — turning millions of invisible conversations into a clear answer on value.
Our customers include Oura, CNH Industrial, Vodafone, and Moncler. Demand is accelerating fast, and we're building the team to match.
Growing to $10M in ARR brings real complexity: two legal entities (an Italian SRL and a US Inc) that need to consolidate cleanly, monthly numbers that need to hold up to investor scrutiny, and a finance function that until now has been run entirely by the founder alongside sales.
At the same time, our GTM engine runs on HubSpot, and as the team scales, that system needs an owner too: someone making sure the data is clean, the reporting is trustworthy, and the pipeline reflects reality.
This role sits at the intersection: roughly one week a month on financial reporting rigor, the rest of the month embedded in revenue operations. It suits someone who wants to own real financial substance without being boxed into a single narrow lane, and who's genuinely curious about how the business runs end to end.
Financial reporting (approx. 1 week/month)
Review and validate monthly management accounts prepared by our external accountants
Consolidate financials across our Italian SRL and US Inc entities
Build and maintain the monthly ARR bridge
Prepare the monthly investor report
Support the annual report process and statutory audit (from FY2026 onward)
Run budget vs. actual analysis and support annual budgeting and financial planning
Ad hoc financial analysis as needed
Own the relationship with our external accountants
Revenue operations (remainder of month)
Own day to day HubSpot setup, data hygiene, and configuration
Build and maintain pipeline and revenue reporting
Support process design and tooling as the GTM team scales across geographies
2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, advisory, or accounting, ideally with some exposure to a startup or fast-growing company
Solid grasp of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. You don't need to be a chartered accountant, but you need to actually understand the numbers, not just format them
Excel skills that are great, not good: comfortable building models and reports from scratch, not just filling in templates
Comfortable working across two legal entities and a consolidation process
A "smanettone" mindset: hands on, curious, happy to get into the weeds of a new system
High precision. This role touches numbers that go to investors, there's no room for sloppiness
HubSpot or CRM/RevOps experience is a plus, not a requirement
Fluent in Italian and English
Direct founder partnership. You will work hand-in-hand with the co-founder and CFO/CRO on the numbers that go to the board and to investors. This isn't a support seat buried under an accounting team, it's a direct line to how the company is actually run.
Real ownership, from day one. You will own the consolidated financials across two legal entities and the systems behind our entire go-to-market motion. The numbers you produce are the numbers investors read. The data you clean is the data the whole sales team works from.
Breadth most finance roles won't give you. One week a month on serious financial reporting, the rest embedded in revenue operations. You'll understand the business end to end, not just its P&L.
Competitive pay + equity. Solid base for a startup role in Turin, plus meaningful equity in a fast-scaling, VC-backed company post-Series A.
