Missions: We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our partner company’s Kitchen Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of dishes within their assigned section, ensuring high culinary standards and smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to support and guide kitchen staff while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
Profile: In this position, you will organize and coordinate the work of cooks and subordinates in the preparation of dishes within your assigned section, ensure that all directives from the Executive Chef are properly followed, control the quality of food items while selecting ingredients and managing stock, maintain constant cleanliness and hygiene in your department, collaborate with the Executive Chef to structure tasks and workflow, ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes produced, support kitchen operations during busy service periods, maintain effective communication across the team, and comply with all safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
