Partner with the best
Responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Planner is responsible to Issue the Project Schedule of construction activities in close coordination with supplier planning team and to monitor site execution performance in terms of time.
During the whole duration of the project at Avenza Plant She/He has the responsibility to update and review the schedule to individuate critical activities that can jeopardize the schedule and contractual targets working closely with E&P Planning Dept.
He/She has the responsibility to monitor and to report criticalities to Ops team and Project team trough the analysis of schedule, progress and risks.
She/He is responsible to determine the forecasted milestones completion preparing with the site team a mitigation plan

Define and Issue the Project Schedule of construction activities in close coordination with supplier

Validate the progress of the site activities submitted by supplier on weekly basis

Update the schedule according to actual status and highlight risks that could jeopardize the Project

Report actual Vs planned manpower analysis and identify potential bottlenecks

Work together with Operations team and Supplier to suggest solutions to the criticalities shown by the analysis of the critical path

Analyze the detailed plan and recovery plan prepared by supplier
-
Analyze and agree with subcontractors the activities to be accomplished making sure that the plan is respected

Interact with final customer local representative

Design and Lead the Progress Meetings both Internal and with Customer

Coordinate the material requirements and transactions, collaborating with the Engineering and Procurement Team

Be responsible to develop and update Inventory Balance estimation according to sales plan
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a BSc Engineering from an accredited University
-
Have a high consciousness of Health, Safety and Environmental practices.

Demonstrate communication skills
-
Display an ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
-
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across functions in a global-matrix environment
-
Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit
-
Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, and standard cost systems

Strong knowledge of standard Microsoft application (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Access)
-
Willing to meet challenging requirements

Tactical execution with a sense of urgency

Preferred but not mandatory: Good ERP knowledge (Oracle Application) and Primavera P6 knowledge

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 38,603.44 To 49,500.
The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
