As a Tender Office Manager you will contribute to our mission to create digital assets of buildings and infrastructure, and use data to improve the way they are designed, built and operated.

Responsibilities

Enhance, standardize and ensure the constant updating of basic and specific requirements useful for participation in public and private sector tenders;

Identify, research and monitor calls for tenders and bids in the market;

Evaluate the feasibility and verify Bimon’s eligibility for participation: analyze the requirements of the tender notice, determine whether there is compatibility between the type of service being bid and the requirements, and assess whether the technical and economic prerequisites for participation exist;

Coordinate administrative and bureaucratic operations: ensure the production of acts and documents required by the procedure, from the introductory to the final stage.

Monitor and ensure adherence to established timelines and deadlines;

Monitor and control the proper conduct of the contract, both from a technical-administrative and economic point of view.
Skills and experience required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture or technical degree;

At least three years in a bid management office;

Knowledge of specific regulations governing public procurement;

Knowledge of the main portals and platforms for managing tenders and supplier lists;

Good knowledge of the English language;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Approach to problem solving.
