Job Description
As part of a fixed-term contract of at least 5 months, you will join our Sales Back Office team in Italy and be responsible for the following tasks:

Preparing, processing, and monitoring quotations, orders, and deliveries in compliance with the established Sales Administration procedures.

Preparing quotations for prospects.

Collecting the necessary information to respond quickly to emails and/or customer requests.

Providing support to customers and distributors.

Assisting with the follow-up of deliveries for registered orders.

Opening, monitoring, and filing customer records.

Collaborating and interacting with the accounting, logistics, and IT departments as part of customer account follow-up.
Qualifications

You have initial significant experience in a similar position.

You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork.

You have already worked with an ERP and/or CRM system (preferably Salesforce and SAP)
