We are currently looking for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Junior Office Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth running of daily office operations.

The Junior Office Coordinator will play a key role in supporting administrative, operational and organisational activities across different departments while gaining exposure to various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, customers, partners and suppliers, ensuring a professional and positive company image.
- Support daily office operations, including calls, correspondence, meeting scheduling and reception activities.
- Provide administrative and organisational support to internal departments.
- Assist with document management, filing activities and preparation of company materials and presentations.
- Support administrative processes and coordination with external service providers when required.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper organisation and tracking.
- Assist in maintaining organised storage and inventory operations, including product labelling, stock monitoring and inventory accuracy.
- Support relationships with external suppliers and office service providers.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with purchasing activities.
- Help organise internal meetings, training sessions, company visits and international events.
- Contribute to maintaining an organised, efficient and professional working environment.
Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned according to business needs, in line with the role and level of experience.
Requirements
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous internship or experience in an administrative, office support or coordination role is considered a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Practical and hands-on approach to daily activities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
- Reliability, professionalism and discretion.
