About the Role
As a Senior Hoist Specialist, you are responsible for the safe performance, reliability, and compliance of hoisting systems that sit at the core of underground mining operations. Your work ensures people, materials, and production can move safely and consistently every day.

-
Support maintenance planning teams to build effective and practical maintenance strategies
-
Manage OEM relationships and technical support across ropes, brakes, conveyances, and structures
-
Coach and mentor national engineers to build long-term engineering capability
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives across hoisting and maintenance systems
