ABOUT THE JOB
The candidate will be responsible for managing shipping documentation and certification processes for domestic and international customers, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and applicable regulations. The role works closely with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service, and external logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare, verify, and issue Certificates of Conformity, Material Certificates, and other customer-required documentation.
- Ensure proper filing, traceability, and archiving of logistics and quality-related documents.
- Coordinate shipment activities with freight forwarders, carriers, and courier services.
- Monitor deliveries and support the resolution of documentation-related issues.
- Collaborate to ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to customer requests regarding shipment and certification documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.
- Maintain and update information
- Support import/export activities and customs documentation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping documentation, customer service, or administrative roles within a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience with Certificates of Conformity, export documentation, and international shipping processes is preferred (preferred)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Excel and SAP

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers and phones. The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 17.30pm, with additional hours as business needs necessitate.
TRAVEL
Occasional overseas and domestic travel may be required to support the rapid growth of the company.
