Position:
Parfois Italia is looking for an HR ADMINISTRATOR, to support the HR Office of the Italian headquarters located in Rome – Via del Corso 150.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with the HR Team in the administrative practices, such as: drafting contracts and extension letters, contractual variations, terminations, verification and collection of the employment documents.
- Management of the internship activation practices in the Italian stores.
- Control of the employee attendance and absences through the company management software, PISO.
- Daily assistance to the store staff for recruitment needs: vacancies publication, CV’s screening and candidate interviews.
- Support the HR Team and the external providers in the planning and organization of training and development activities.
- Support the HR Team in the implementation of new procedures and projects.
Main Skills:
- 1/2 years of previous experience in the HR area, preferably in the Retail sector.
- Ability to use MS Office package: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
- Knowledge of the English and Italian languages.
- Flexibility, adaptability and team working.
- Good organizational skills and goals orientation.
- Positive, dynamic and problem-solving.
