We provide professional property management and facilities support services for residential and commercial clients across Campania. Our focus is on maintaining safe, efficient and welcoming properties while delivering dependable service to tenants, landlords and business partners.
We are looking for a Property Manager who can take responsibility for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Naples. You will coordinate daily property operations, manage tenant relationships and ensure that maintenance, documentation and service standards are consistently maintained.
You will work closely with property owners, tenants, maintenance providers and internal administrative teams to ensure that each property operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Portfolio Management:
Manage the day to day operations of assigned residential and commercial properties. Ensure that properties remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
Tenant Relations:
Respond to tenant enquiries, coordinate move ins and move outs and resolve property related concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintenance Coordination:
Arrange scheduled and emergency maintenance with approved contractors. Monitor repair progress and confirm that work is completed to the required standard.
Property Inspections:
Conduct regular inspections and prepare clear reports covering maintenance needs, safety concerns and general property condition.
Lease Administration:
Maintain accurate lease records, renewal dates, tenant documentation and property related correspondence.
Supplier Management:
Coordinate with cleaning companies, maintenance technicians, security providers and other external suppliers.
Budget Monitoring:
Track property expenses, review supplier quotations and support the preparation of maintenance and operating budgets.
Compliance Support:
Ensure that property documentation, safety inspections and operational procedures follow applicable company requirements and local regulations.
Owner Reporting:
Prepare regular updates for property owners and internal management regarding occupancy, maintenance activity, tenant matters and property performance.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in property management, facilities coordination, real estate operations or a related field.
Property Knowledge:
A practical understanding of residential or commercial property operations, maintenance coordination and tenant management.
Organisation:
Strong ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, maintenance requests and administrative responsibilities.
Communication Skills:
Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with tenants, property owners, contractors and internal teams.
Problem Solving:
You can assess property issues, coordinate the appropriate response and follow through until the matter is resolved.
Technology:
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, property management software, email and digital record keeping systems.
Language Skills:
Italian at C1 or native level is required. English at B1 or B2 level is preferred for documentation and communication with international clients.
Mindset:
You are organised, dependable and service focused. You remain calm when dealing with urgent maintenance issues and understand the importance of protecting both the property and the tenant experience.
