Bvlgari, within the Product Marketing Department of its Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit based in Florence , is seeking a talented Product Marketing professional to drive the strategic development and performance of assigned product categories.
The role will be responsible for defining and executing product and collection strategies, leveraging market insights, business analysis and consumer understanding to maximize category growth and profitability. Acting as a key business partner across Design, Product Development, Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain, Training, Communication and Retail, the successful candidate will lead product lifecycle activities from concept to market launch, ensuring consistency with brand objectives, commercial priorities and customer expectations.
Combining strategic thinking, analytical rigor and strong cross-functional collaboration, the role will contribute to shaping future collections, optimizing product performance and supporting informed business decisions across the category portfolio.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, consumer insights and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and risks to support business growth;
- Develop regular trend reports, competitive benchmarking and market analysis, providing actionable recommendations to drive product and category strategies;
- Drive the definition of product and collection strategies, translating business objectives, market insights and brand priorities into clear product briefs;
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of collection presentations and showroom launches, ensuring consistency of product storytelling and supporting materials;
- Ensure accurate and timely management of product data within the PLM system throughout the collection development process;
- Maintain and regularly update all key documents related to collection development, including product briefs, collection cockpit, delivery plans, pricing benchmarks and business reviews;
- Prepare and coordinate cross-functional tools and guidelines to support collection launches, including VM guidelines, communication campaigns, sales forecasts and training materials;
- Own the monthly sales forecasting process for carry-over products, ensuring forecast accuracy through continuous performance monitoring, trend analysis and alignment with regional and commercial teams;
- Define seasonal sales forecasts for new collections and product launches, translating strategic objectives, market insights and commercial expectations into actionable business plans;
- Define target retail prices for new developments to achieve margin objectives, ensuring consistency of the pricing architecture and alignment with overall business goals;
- Present collection strategies, business performance analyses and key recommendations to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making;
- Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain, Communication and Retail teams to ensure a coherent and successful product strategy throughout the collection lifecycle;
- Manage day-to-day product marketing activities and contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects related to category development.
