The Operations Specialist supports the Swatch & Flik Flak Operations & Back Office team through sales analysis, operational coordination, and the execution of projects that ensure efficient store operations and business performance.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support commercial and marketing decisions.
- Coordinate retail back-office activities, including orders, stock monitoring, inventory management, store uniforms, and POS materials.
- Support new store openings by organizing operational materials and coordinating logistics.
- Prepare presentations, operational guidelines, and internal documentation for Retail and Real Estate projects.
- Coordinate special retail projects and events, managing logistics, operational checklists, reporting, and administrative activities.
- Support the development of internal communication through the Teams channel and the monthly Retail Newsletter.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Analysis, Business Support, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage
