A company operating in the luxury yachting industry is seeking a Back Office Assistant for the summer season at its office in Porto Cervo.
Main Responsibilities
- Administrative and organizational support to the team
- Management of documentation and operational procedures
- Coordination of internal activities
- Support in handling seasonal operational processes
Requirements
- Good command of the English language
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of social media marketing will be considered a plus.
A strong interest in commercial growth and development within the industry will also be positively valued.
Period
From June to September 2026
