As Key Account Manager Construction, you will be the Italian point of reference for the Construction segment within the international BauWatch Group and a key contact for some of the leading players in the Italian construction market. You will develop new business opportunities, build strong partnerships and strengthen BauWatch’s presence in the construction industry, working closely with the Sales Manager Italy, Marketing and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth through new business development and strategic partnerships.
Act as the Italian point of reference for the Construction segment within the international BauWatch Group.
Build and manage relationships with key players in the Italian construction market, including general contractors, developers, infrastructure companies and subcontractors.
Build and maintain a network of partners, including rental companies, security firms and construction industry stakeholders.
Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Represent BauWatch at trade fairs, industry events and company presentations.
Support the Direct Sales Team in acquiring new customers.
Share market insights and business opportunities with Sales, Product and Group Management.
