Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA – which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator – Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
Brief description of the role:
You own myAtlante, Atlante's app for EV drivers, and the loyalty programme behind it. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you are responsible for the app product roadmap, everything that happens inside the app and the design and running of the loyalty programme. The role has no direct reports: you deliver through strong cross-functional coordination and the management of external suppliers. You decide what the app should do and for which users, and you work with the digital and technical teams to build it. For the marketing capabilities you need (CRM, performance marketing) you are an internal client of Marketing Operations, and for the numbers you rely on the Data & Analytics Manager.

You create value by making myAtlante a product users adopt, return to and trust, and by turning the loyalty programme into a retention and acquisition engine. Through a clear product roadmap, a strong in-app experience and a well designed loyalty mechanic, you grow active users, engagement and the consented customer relationship that underpins Atlante's B2C ambition.
Core Responsibilities:

Own and execute the myAtlante product roadmap in line with Atlante's business objectives.

Own everything inside the app: features, in-app user journeys, user experience and the product backlog.

Define product requirements and prioritise development with the digital and technical teams and with external suppliers.

Design, run and evolve the loyalty programme (Green Gems): mechanics, earn and burn rules, closed and open loyalty design.

Own the commercial partnerships tied to the app and loyalty (commercial deals). In the interim these are managed by Pricing & Partnership and transition to this role once it is filled.

Own the in-app engagement strategy: what to communicate, to which users, at which point in their journey.

Define and pursue app objectives: active users, engagement, retention, loyalty participation.

Brief Marketing Operations to deliver acquisition and engagement campaigns for the app through CRM and paid channels.

Use the Data Scientist's measurement to steer the roadmap and the loyalty programme.

Build business cases for new app features and services and track them against targets.

Coordinate the cross-functional delivery across digital, technical, marketing, customer service and country teams.

Prepare product and performance updates for the CMO and senior management.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines.

5+ years of experience in product management of a customer facing app or digital platform, with direct ownership of a roadmap.

Experience designing or running a loyalty programme is a strong asset.

Strong understanding of engagement, retention and the app user lifecycle.

Proven ability to deliver without a direct team, through cross-functional coordination and management of external suppliers.

Ability to work with technical teams to turn requirements into a shipped product.

Comfortable using analytics to prioritise, and briefing marketing teams to acquire and engage users.

Fluent English.
