YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Private Client Relations Manager, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team helping us support the Global Head of Private Client Relations in executing the Private Client Relations strategy, ensuring excellence in the planning, coordination and execution of guest experiences. Working cross-functionally with global and regional teams, the role is responsible for delivering initiatives that reflect the brand identity and lifestyle, with the overarching objective of top client retention, upgrading and HNWI recruitment.
More specifically you will:
- High-end product events: Villa Zegna / Milan Fashion Shows – support the client selection process, development of client programs, event execution and onboarding of regional teams hosting clients.
- Exceptional Experiences in line with the brand identity with a focus on art and culture, coordinate the development and execution of exclusive experiences, ensuring flawless delivery and an elevated guest journey.
- Support in managing selected partnerships with the objective of HNWI recruitment and creating unique guest experiences.
- Manage the execution of the gifting strategy
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring 5–8 years’ experience in luxury client engagement, client relations
- You have strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional and international teams
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You’re known for your client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- You communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
WHAT WE OFFER
- The position provides for a base salary between: € 50.000-55.000 + bonus
- The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience.
- Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
