What you will be doing
The Service Manager is the professional responsible to defining the service, managing the service level agreements ( SLA ) and ensuring that the services meet the needs of the business. Service Management: The Service Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the services offered by the company. This includes monitoring and optimizing service , analyzing performance and proposing improvement plans. Moreover he is the Single Point of Contact ( SPOC ) for the customer including: - Coordinate with the delivery team and the company teams impacted in the provision of services to customers; - Direct and manage the activities of the teams involved in order to guarantee the provision of services in compliance with the SLAs and contractual agreements; - Proposes improvements to the processes relating to external and internal customers; - Maintaining strong customer relationships through remote and in person meeting; - Apply the “customer centricity” concept managing all lines of business impacted ( IT services, Communication Services, Printing ). The SM is the responsible for creating value for customers. Troubleshooting: When there are problems or disruptions in services, the Service Manager works to resolve them quickly. This can include collaborating with other internal teams or managing external vendors. Performance monitoring: The Service Manager continuously monitors the performance of services, using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). The goal is to ensure that services are reliable, efficient, and compliant with service level agreements (SLAs). All these activities must be carried out in order to ensure customer satisfaction. You will ideally have
Skill - Relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders - Curiosity and passion for technology with even IT Services knowledge ( PC settings, Router, Firewall ), Audio-Video Systems for videoconferencing, - Problem Management and proactive approach - Knowledge of the main Office and PowerBI tools Certifications Preferably must have achieved at least one of the following certifications (or are committed to achieving them with the support of the company) ITIL, Agile, Lean, Prince2, PMI. Education - Diploma or bachelor's degree. - English language proficiency level B! almost.
