The Area Sales Manager will drive the growth of our protective coatings portfolio across North Italy (Lombardy, Piemonte, Liguria, and Emilia-Romagna), with full ownership of achieving ambitious revenue targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong command of the full sales cycle—from proactive prospecting and strategic relationship-building to effectively closing deals. They will leverage excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate our value proposition in a compelling, clear, and professional manner, fostering strong customer partnerships and consistently delivering results.

Promote and sell the Protective Coatings portfolio, aligning solutions with customer needs,

Achieve sales targets through proactive business development and effective sales execution,

Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders,

Plan and execute territory strategies, adapting based on market feedback and performance,

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while developing existing accounts,

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing,

Deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and tailored quotations,

Leverage events, trade fairs, and presentations to grow the sales pipeline,

Collaborate internally and monitor market trends and competitor activity,

3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within the Protective Coatings market in Italy,

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills,

Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office,

High level of integrity and professionalism,

Ability to work effectively from a home office environment,

Fluent in Italian (native) and English,
