Professional Summary ∙Practical, hands-on Industrial Engineer with strong focus on shopfloor execution, process stabilization, and daily operational improvement ∙Experienced in working directly with operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams to eliminate waste, improve flow, and increase output ∙Delivers measurable results through line optimization, layout changes, and real-time problem solving Key Responsibilities (Shopfloor Focus) ∙Observe and analyze real production activities to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies ∙Conduct time studies and work measurement directly on the shopfloor to set standards ∙Optimize workstations, line balance, and operator tasks to improve productivity ∙Implement quick wins and practical improvements (layout changes, material flow, tools) ∙Drive daily problem solving with production and quality teams ∙Support production ramp-up, line transfers, and new product introduction ∙Ensure standard work and SOP implementation on the shopfloor ∙Monitor key KPIs (output, efficiency, scrap) and react immediately to deviations Core Skills ∙Process improvement and waste elimination (Lean mindset) ∙Line balancing and capacity optimization ∙Root cause analysis and fast issue resolution ∙Strong hands-on problem solving and decision-making ∙Collaboration with operators and supervisors ∙Practical understanding of manufacturing processes Technical Competencies ∙Time studies and standard time setting ∙Layout design and material flow optimization ∙Basic data analysis (Excel, production data ∙Work instructions and SOP creation ∙Production KPI tracking and reporting Value Contribution (Plant Level) ∙Increases daily output and line efficiency through direct intervention ∙Reduces waste, downtime, and rework by improving processes .
