The repair engineer will take care of the following tasks:
- Carries out the analysis of the repairs that arrive in Technoprobe and the preparation of the repair reports for customers;
- Oversees the definition of the flow in order of to repair a card after the green light from customer;
- Drives and coaches the manufacturing departments on the execution of the repair flow, not less important he/she will perform directly the most complicated tasks;
- Report and discuss with Repair Manager in case of warranty requests of repairs from customers;
- Report and discuss with FAE in case of special needed, as weel as report the DOA (Death on Arrival) case.
