We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team in Forte Dei Marmi, supporting one of TLG’s in-house brands.
Lead, motivate and develop the store team, fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing environment.
Drive the achievement of sales targets through effective planning, performance monitoring and coaching.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to maximize business results.
Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and VICs, supporting clienteling initiatives and in-store events.
Ensure the boutique consistently meets company standards in terms of visual presentation, operations and customer experience.
Oversee daily store operations while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
Monitor stock levels, sell-through performance and inventory accuracy, coordinating with Buying and Operations teams when needed.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to the team.
Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure appropriate store coverage, supporting the management of absences and leave.
Act as the key point of contact between the store and HQ, ensuring effective communication and execution of company initiatives.
