POSITION SUMMARY
The candidate will be placed in the Front Office department and will learn to perform the following tasks:
- Welcome and assist guests
- Support room assignments and check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations
- Provide information and assistance to customers
- Handle phone calls
- Support in managing guest requests and complaints
- Complete basic administrative tasks and records
- Communicate with other departments to meet guest needs
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of English (other languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a team
