As part of the ongoing development of the new Roberto Cavalli Operating organization, The Level Group is building a dedicated Operations team to support the brand's product lifecycle from product development through production and delivery.
We are looking for a talented Quality Control Compliance Specialist to join our team in Milan. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the brand's quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the development and production process. Working closely with Product Development, Production and external suppliers, you will play a key role in safeguarding product excellence and supporting continuous process improvement.
What you'll do:
Coordinate quality control activities throughout the product development and production lifecycle.
Ensure products comply with company quality standards, technical specifications, and applicable international regulations.
Manage product testing, laboratory analyses, inspections, and certification processes in collaboration with suppliers and external partners.
Monitor product quality performance and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions when required.
Collaborate closely with Product Development and Production teams to identify and resolve quality issues during sampling and bulk production.
Maintain and update quality and compliance documentation, ensuring complete traceability and accuracy.
Support supplier qualification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing standards.
Stay up to date on regulatory developments and ensure compliance requirements are effectively implemented across the supply chain.
What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or Product Compliance within the fashion or luxury industry.
Previous experience in the fashion/luxury industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, quality standards, and product compliance requirements.
Familiarity with product testing procedures, certification processes, and supplier quality management.
Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
