Guest Relations & Operations Assistant – Vatican Area, Rome
We are a tourism company operating primarily in the Vatican area of Rome, and we are looking for a reliable, proactive, and customer-oriented person to join our team on a long-term basis.
This role combines guest reception and operational responsibilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, can think independently, and is capable of finding practical solutions when challenges arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist international visitors.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Handle daily operational tasks and coordination activities.
- Resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in tourism and hospitality.
- Good command of English; additional languages are considered a plus.
