The company works with international partners and customers to deliver customized engineering systems across multiple industries. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a commercially driven Technical Sales professional to help expand our market reach and bring new customer opportunities.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive sales professional whose main focus will be identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential customers. The role is primarily commercial in nature. While a basic technical understanding of industrial equipment is helpful, the successful candidate will work closely with our engineering and design teams who will support the preparation of technical proposals and project solutions.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new customer opportunities in relevant industrial sectors such as aeronaturic, space, automobile, transportation, sports, medical sectors
· Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, partners, and distributors
· Initiate discussions with customers to understand their needs and introduce the company’s capabilities
· Coordinate internally with the engineering team to develop suitable technical solutions and proposals
· Manage the commercial aspects of the sales process, including negotiations and contract discussions
· Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings
· Monitor market developments and identify new applications or sectors where the company’s solutions may be relevant
· Support the expansion of the company’s commercial network in key markets
Qualifications
· At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or business development in relevant sectors
· Basic technical understanding of industrial equipment or manufacturing processes
· Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Comfortable working with engineers and technical teams to develop solutions for customers
· Fluent in English; speaking French is a plus
· Willingness to travel internationally when needed
