For the development of our Oil & Gas Industrial Inspections Business Unit, we are currently looking for a Senior Inspection and Expediting Coordinator.

Receives and reviews client requests based on existing frame agreements and/or contracts for inspection and expediting activities.

Identifies suitable external and/or internal collaborators for the activity requested by clients.

Communicates effectively with collaborators, checks their availability, and provides clarification regarding the technical conditions requested by existing clients.

Assigns tasks to selected resources.

Monitors the performance of the activities carried out by the selected collaborators.

Reviews, verifies, and forwards reports to clients, and supports them in case of clarification requests.

Checks and manages external resources’ timesheets, sharing them with clients.

Excellent command of English (C1).

At least 5 years of experience in the same role.

Salary

Salary range: € 34.000 - €39.000 gross annual salary (14 months)
