Job description
L'Addetto/a di Ricevimento, con l'accordo e la supervisione del Front-Office Manager, cura l'accoglienza e la fidelizzazione del cliente, garantendo la soddisfazione rapida e personalizzata delle esigenze degli ospiti nel corso del loro soggiorno.
Le attività di sua responsabilità comprendono:
- Accoglienza dei clienti dell'Hotel e del Ristorante e dei visitatori
- Corretto svolgimento delle procedure di check-in e check-out
- Procedure di controllo e accompagnamento dell'ospite dell'Hotel in camera e del cliente del Ristorante al tavolo, in sinergia ai diversi reparti interessati
- Gestione dei pagamenti e dei conti: emissione ricevute fiscali, elaborazione prima nota, contabilità, registrazione corrispettivi e chiusura pos
The Reception Clerk, with the agreement and supervision of the Front-Office Manager, takes care of the reception and customer loyalty, ensuring the rapid and personalized satisfaction of the guests' needs during their stay.
The activities under his responsibility include:
- Reception of hotel and restaurant customers and visitors
- Correct execution of the check-in and check-out procedures
- Procedures for checking and accompanying the hotel guest to the room and the restaurant customer at the table, in synergy with the various departments involved
- Management of payments and accounts: issuance of tax receipts, journal processing, accounting, payment registration and closing of the item
- Contratto a tempo determinato da novembre ad aprile 2024 con possibilità di conferma per la stagione successiva

Profile description
- Esperienza comprovata di almeno 2 anni in Receptionist di Hotel di alta fascia
- Gradita esperienza certificata in contesto internazionale
- Gradito titolo di studio ad indirizzo alberghiero / turistico / linguistico
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese e francese
- Capacità di coordinamento e propensione a lavorare in gruppo, al fine di garantire la corretta interazione con i diversi reparti della struttura
- Ottimo uso del pc, conoscenza dei sistemi operativi principali (Windows, pacchetto Office, Outlook) e dei moderni sistemi di navigazione Internet. Gradita conoscenza dei portali e gestionali di settore
- Conoscenza della tecnica alberghiera, unita a gentilezza e cortesia, pazienza e diplomazia
- Experience of at least 2 years in high-end hotel receptionists
- Welcome certified experience in an international context
- A hotel / tourism / linguistic qualification is welcome
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English and French
- Ability to coordinate and propensity to work in a team, in order to ensure correct interaction with the various departments of the structure
- Excellent use of the PC, knowledge of the main operating systems (Windows, Office package, Outlook) and modern Internet navigation systems. Welcome knowledge of the portals and management of the sector
- Knowledge of hotel techniques, combined with kindness and courtesy, patience and diplomacy
