Reporting to the Solution Engineering team, the Solutions Engineer supports customers across Italy and Eastern Europe throughout the implementation of Vusion solutions.
Working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams, you will understand customer business needs, design appropriate technical solutions, configure the platform, coordinate implementations, and ensure successful deployments.
This role requires a solid technical background and a good understanding of software applications, understanding code when needed, system integrations, networking and IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities

Present Vusion solutions to leading retailers (Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Electronics stores, Gas stations ex. Coop)

Configure Vusion solutions to meet customer requirements.

Partner with Sales to understand customer business and technical requirements.

Monitor projects using shared tools, ensuring that deadlines are met and costs are controlled.

Coordinate implementation projects and ensure successful deployments.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, infrastructure and solution configuration.

Assemble, lead, and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for roll-outs for retailers.

Act as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues — technical, integration, upgrade requests, and installations.

Support the rest of the team in developing upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customers.
Technical Environment: Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, networking, IT infrastructure, SaaS platforms, Azure Microsoft, IoT and connected devices, retail technology solutions.
