Position Overview: We seek a resourceful Guest Ambassador to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests from just before arrival, throughout their journey, beyond. This role suits a professional seeking a new adventure within a company that values experience, reliability, dedication. Available 24/7, you will anticipate needs, resolve issues with calm efficiency, arrange last-minute services, manage real-time itinerary changes, ensuring every moment feels seamless, thoughtful, memorable. Your commitment will be recognized, your contribution will matter, your presence will shape the guest experience in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide round‑the‑clock assistance to guests pre‑trip, in‑trip, and post‑trip, responding promptly via phone, email, text, or chat
- Conduct proactive touch‑base calls to check satisfaction and identify emerging needs
- Manage critical situations - including logistical, weather‑related issues, etc. - coordinating with our trusted suppliers as needed
- Arrange last‑minute services (transfers, guides, restaurant reservations, special experiences) and execute real‑time itinerary modifications
- Liaise with hotels, drivers, guides, and other partners to ensure flawless service delivery, especially in challenging situations
- Review and verify all travel documents prior to arrival to ensure a smooth trip
- Handle late‑booking inquiries, guiding guests through the sales and reservation process while maintaining IC Bellagio’s high standards
- Document all guest interactions, service requests, and incident resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement
- Uphold IC Bellagio’s values of empathy, creativity, and excellence in every guest interaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and listening skills; ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a knack for creative, last‑minute solutions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Sound knowledge of Italian destinations, suppliers, and cultural nuances
