In person PA (Personal Assistant) English & Italian speaking to support the CEO of the business. You will work alongside his executive assistant who manages all of his working meetings and commitments, your role will be to have visibility to this and work alongside the diary when assisting the CEO with personal appointments and attending trips with him to/from London from Turin, and also any other international travel he may require you to attend.
Job duties are but not limited to:
- Running errands: picking up dry cleaning, buying clothes, ordering vitamins, picking up prescriptions etc.
- Managing any accounts or subscriptions he has
- Keeping a log of receipts and expenses
- Booking all international business travel
- Booking personal trips and holidays
- Maintaining and booking all personal appointments
- Undergo any research tasks
- Setting up memo's and reminders
Person specification:
- Someone who can work around the clock (always available)
- Reliable - picking up the phone and being active
- Being able to work in person and travel even at last minute
- Experience working in a similar position
- Fluent Italian and English preferred.
- Smart and professional
- Must have in date passport
