The Chief Governance, Operating & Transformation Officer Area oversees the Group’s transformation, innovation, and organisational development strategies, supporting business development and governance models. The Area is also responsible for human resources and industrial relations policies, the development of Group culture and values, the oversight of legal risk and legal advisory activities, as well as support to the Corporate Bodies and the Managing Director and CEO on key strategic matters, including extraordinary finance transactions and management of the equity investment portfolio.
