We are looking for a Transport Operations Intern for our plant of Cologna Veneta (VR).
The intern will join the Transport Operations team and support the management, planning, and monitoring of domestic and international logistics flows, contributing to the efficiency and optimization of transportation processes.
Key Responsibilities

Support the management of external logistics flows, including import/export administrative processes

Assist in planning and monitoring inbound and outbound transportation activities

Support coordination with logistics service providers and external partners

Assist in monitoring customs duties activities managed by third-party partners

Contribute to transport optimization projects (cost, lead time, efficiency improvements)

Support transport budget monitoring and cost analysis

Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to volumes and performance (e.g., OTD – On Time Delivery)

Participate in the evaluation and selection process of logistics providers
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or recently completed) in Economics, Management Engineering, Logistics, or related fields

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Good command of English

Strong interest in logistics and supply chain

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset
