Join us at Siemens Energy as you lead the Pre-Assembly Department at our Trento manufacturing site! Imagine coordinating daily operations for power transformer components while ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency in production activities. You will develop and empower shopfloor teams, driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics to create a seamless production environment that meets customer commitments and factory priorities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and coordinate all pre-assembly operations, ensuring alignment with production plans and factory priorities.
- Manage, coach, and develop shopfloor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Monitor daily progress, resolve bottlenecks, and allocate resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and promote a strong safety culture, contributing to a zero-harm environment.
What You Bring
- A technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical background.
- 5-7 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably in production or operational leadership roles.
- Proven experience in leading blue-collar teams in a structured manufacturing environment, particularly in electromechanical or transformer manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes, production workflows, and quality requirements, along with a Lean Manufacturing mindset.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with additional languages considered a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 45.000 – € 55.000 gross per year.
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.
Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications.
