We are seeking a Creative Architect and Product Designer for our office in Milan who demonstrates outstanding creative abilities and a passion for innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate has an extensive knowledge of the world of architecture, interior design, and collectable product design, along with a deep understanding of related luxury brands, materials, and their application.
You will excel in developing concepts, space planning, 3D models, renders, presentations, and mood boards for luxury residential and hospitality projects, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic excellence.
Furthermore, you will take a leading role in creating bespoke, collectable furniture pieces.
In addition to working within the creative team, you will actively support the Creative Director in the conceptualization and execution of creative design strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit strong creative skills and a visionary approach to architecture, interior design, and product design.
- Develop space planning concepts for high-end residential and hospitality projects, focusing on luxury and innovation.
- Design and develop complex surfaces for collectable design, focusing primarily on high-end, bespoke furniture.
- Produce detailed 3D models, high-quality renders, and AR videos for presentations.
- Create stunning, photorealistic renderings specifically tailored for product design and furniture.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and team, providing support in all phases of creative design and project development.
- Research new materials, finishes, and design details to enhance architectural and product concepts.
- Prepare compelling presentations for client meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects, as well as collectable design and furniture creation.
- Proficiency in space planning and design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Advanced proficiency in complex surface modeling software, specifically Rhino or 3ds Max.
- Strong ability to deliver photorealistic renders for high-end product design.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to support senior creative leadership.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Product Design.
- Demonstrated history of well-done architecture and interior concepts, renders, and 3D models.
- A strong track record in designing and modeling complex collectable furniture.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, and product design within the EU and UAE.
