We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Presales Solution Specialist Manufacturing and Supply Chain to join our DELMIA team in Milan. The role combines technical and functional expertise with a consultative approach to help customers address complex manufacturing, planning and scheduling challenges and drive business value.
You will work closely with Sales, Industry Process Consultants, Solution Architects and technical experts, supporting opportunities throughout the presales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

Engage with customers to understand business processes, challenges and KPIs, identifying opportunities for DELMIA solutions

Design and position solution concepts across MES/MOM, manufacturing operations, planning and scheduling, leveraging DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Quintiq and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform

Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops and product demonstrations / proof-of-concepts

Translate customer requirements into compelling technical solutions and clear business value propositions

Support Sales in opportunity qualification, RFP/RFQ responses, proposals and complex software sales

Act as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, solution architects, R&D and delivery teams

Stay up to date with DELMIA solutions, industry processes and manufacturing technologies.

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field

Proven experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture or Technical Consulting

Experience with MES/MOM, APS, manufacturing planning, scheduling or supply chain solutions

Experience with DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Quintiq or equivalent platforms is a plus

Strong customer-facing, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value

Analytical and consultative mindset, with strong understanding of business processes and operational KPIs

Experience supporting complex software sales and/or transformation projects

Fluency in Italian and English (Turkish or Russian will be considered a big plus)

Salary Pay Transparency
For this position, we offer an initial gross annual compensation ranging from 40000€ to 53000€ , to be determined based on objective criteria such as experience and required skills as well as the scope of the position. This range includes the base salary (fixed), and if applicable, a variable pay component (target bonus), in line with our commitment to clear and transparent compensation practices.
