About the role
As a Staff Software Engineer at Ancora, you will lead the design and development of our core platform, set technical direction, and mentor other engineers. This is a hybrid role based in Milan, Italy.

Drive technical decisions and engineering best practices
Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams
Mentor engineers and raise the quality bar

Strong experience building production software at scale
Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native platforms
Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
Fluency in Italian and English
