at least –5% per year groupwide during the first three years of tenure.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the Group, this role is responsible for leading the
company’s worldwide procurement operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective sourcing
of materials, components, and services. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable
of managing global supplier relationships, optimizing purchasing strategies, and ensuring compliance
with international trade regulations — including U.S. export controls such as the BIS Entity List.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Group purchasing strategy, consolidating procurement categories across all
business units to leverage scale and improve supplier terms.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives, delivering annual savings of at least –5% at group level for the first
three years.

materials).
- Negotiate framework agreements to optimize purchasing conditions, quality, and reliability across
the Group.
- Monitor market trends, cost drivers, and risks in the global electronic components supply chain to
anticipate changes and secure supply continuity.
- Establish standardized procurement processes and KPIs across subsidiaries, ensuring transparency,
efficiency, and measurable performance.
- Coordinate with local purchasing teams to ensure alignment with Group objectives while maintaining
operational flexibility.
- Report regularly to the COO on progress, savings achieved, and supplier performance.
