We are seeking an enthusiastic people who can speak either Spanish, French or German as Tour Guides to lead visitors through our designated attractions and sites. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sharing history and culture, and the ability to engage diverse audiences. Duties
- Lead guided tours for groups of varying sizes, ensuring all participants are engaged and informed throughout the experience
- Share detailed knowledge about the history, architecture, and significance of the sites visited
- Answer questions from visitors accurately and enthusiastically, fostering a welcoming environment
- Ensure the safety of all guests during tours by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
- Manage tour logistics, including timing, route planning, and coordinating with other team members as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tour equipment and materials before and after each session
- Collect feedback from visitors to improve future tours and customer satisfaction
