To optimize outbound transport to our stores, we have a dedicated local Transport Team led by a Team Leader Transport. The Trasnport Team works in cooperation with the Regional Transport Team, who is responsible for the financial and operational performance of transport in the region.

Objective of the role
The main focus of the role is to organize the daily transport for delivering the stores out of the DC in the most efficient way, while keeping the agreed service level with the stores in combination with supporting the expedition and warehouse needs to ensure the efficient logistics in both ways. The Dispatcher Transport takes care of the daily operations (communication with Transport partners, instructing drivers, communication with the Warehouse, daily paperwork and administration). The objective is to deliver stores on time and in full. He/she works closely together with the transport partners (2 – 3) and the warehouse employees.
