Laflei is an international premium and luxury car rental company serving clients across Europe.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Driver who will ensure a high level of service during vehicle deliveries, collections, and transfers.
This is a key customer-facing role. The successful candidate will represent the company, handle premium vehicles with care, uphold luxury service standards, and ensure every assignment is completed professionally and on time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect vehicles from clients.
- Transport vehicles across Italy, France, Monaco, and other locations.
- Operate trailers for vehicle transportation.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after handover.
- Perform photo and video documentation of vehicles.
- Handle paperwork and communicate with clients.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams.
Requirements
- Valid driving licences B and BE (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
- Russian and English language proficiency.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-oriented driving style.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel between countries.
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Italian and/or French language skills.
- Experience working with premium or luxury vehicles.
- Experience transporting vehicles using trailers or car transporters.
- Experience in luxury services, VIP transfers, or car rental operations.
