Light Technician:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Light Technician, you will bring every show to life through your technical expertise, creating memorable entertainment experiences for guests while ensuring seamless operations, equipment reliability and the highest safety standards onboard.
Show Operations & Live Entertainment
Support rehearsals, live shows and onboard events, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding guest experiences.
Operate lighting systems, including RGB and house lights, to create the right atmosphere for every performance.
Provide technical support across theatres, lounges, pools and other entertainment venues.
Technical Excellence & Equipment Management
Set up, operate and maintain entertainment equipment, ensuring reliability and high performance.
Monitor equipment conditions, report technical issues and support routine and extraordinary maintenance.
Manage technical inventories and ensure all required materials are available for onboard activities.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with artists, performers and onboard teams to deliver successful entertainment experiences.
Support the Entertainment Technical Manager in planning and executing entertainment activities.
Contribute to a proactive, solutions-oriented and collaborative work environment.
Safety & Professional Standards
Follow safety procedures and operational standards in all entertainment activities.
Promote a strong safety culture while maintaining the highest professional and technical standards.
WHO YOU ARE
Required:
Secondary school diploma or higher
At least 1 year experience in Technical Services or Theatre
Good knowledge of Grand MA 2/3 Consoles
English knowledge (at least B1 level)
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
Technically skilled, detail-oriented and solution-driven
Collaborative team player, comfortable working with performers and cross-functional teams
Flexible & proactive
Nice to have:
Previous onboard experience is considered an advantage
