We are currently looking to hire a motivated and proactive Property Agent in Milano to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity to work in the fast-growing student accommodation and co-living sector, helping students and young professionals find suitable housing across the city.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and onboarding rental properties
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and property owners
- Conduct property visits and support accommodation operations
- Manage property leads and listing updates
- Support students and tenants during the accommodation process
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the Milano property market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in property, sales, or customer support is a plus
