DIGITAL MARKETING & COMMUNITY MANAGER
Primary Objective of Position
This position requires analytical skills, diversified digital skills, including a sophisticated knowledge of available media channels and the ability to identify emerging opportunities.
Major Accountabilities
Support planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, CRM, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising
Support maintaining our social media presence across current and future digital channels
Contribute to measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Support in developing, executing, and evaluating campaigns that leverage influencer partnerships keeping communications going with influencers and other main contacts for collaboration opportunity
Main tasks include:
Participate into planning and execution all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, CRM, social media and display advertising campaigns
Actively design, build and maintain our social media presence also monitoring / benchmarking competition
Ensure measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Participate in plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Support into evaluate instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Education
Educated to degree level in marketing or related field. Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, New Media (e.g., Digital Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, etc.) would be an asset.
Background Previous Digital experience in media agency would be an asset
Proven working experience in digital marketing (2+ years of experience)
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends etc)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Good English and Italian skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong project management skills. Keen awareness and adherence to timelines.
