Provides administrative and logistical support to the ACS Relocation Readiness Program and manages daily operations of the ACS Lending Closet, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, customer assistance, and compliance with reporting requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory records of lending closet items

Process lending agreements and track issuance and returns

Generate weekly overdue item reports and coordinate follow-up with customers

Maintain and update CTS records for customer interactions

Assist with in-processing, relocation briefings, and host nation orientation support

Prepare welcome packets and community resource materials

Coordinate classroom setup and general office support tasks

Submit monthly CTS statistics and required documentation on time

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum two (2) years administrative or customer service experience

Experience with inventory tracking or logistics preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Eligibility for installation access and CAC sponsorship

Favorable background check required

Completion of mandatory Army training requirements
