The position offers a permanent contract and the base gross annual salary (RAL) provided will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net annually for skill development, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, adhering to company policies in effect.
