The Person
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Process Engineer to join our Operations team, contributing to the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate has initial experience in industrial or manufacturing environments and is eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-evolving production context.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support testing, validation, prototyping, and implementation of new process solutions and production improvements.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes through Time & Methods analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Monitor production KPIs (OEE, cycle time, downtime, productivity) and support actions to improve efficiency and process stability.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve workflows, layouts, and industrial performance.
- Evaluate production and machine performance data to enhance functionality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key features:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
- 2/3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and industrial process optimization.
- Familiarity with Time & Methods analysis is considered a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical and proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with Excel and data analysis tools; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
