Senior Accountant (Arabic, English & Italian)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our organization. The successful candidate will possess strong accounting expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and full professional fluency in Arabic, English, and Italian.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage general ledger activities, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
- Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and support accounting staff and related projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (mandatory minimum requirement).
- Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- preferable experienced in using accounting software and financial management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a multilingual and international business environment.

Compensation
Salary: €46,000–€70,000 gross per year. The salary indicated is the total gross annual amount. All mandatory payroll deductions, social security contributions, and tax payments will be processed and paid to the relevant authorities by the employer in compliance with Italian law.
Salary progression within the stated range will be based on qualifications, experience, performance, and level of responsibility.
Additionally, overtime is provided.
