We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our Industrial Operations team, supporting the efficient and safe management of materials and logistics in a fast-paced and operational environment.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring warehouse activities run smoothly, supporting supply chain and project operations.
What you’ll do
Plan and organise the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
Sort and place materials accurately within storage areas and shelves- Pick and collect items across the warehouse, preparing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Prepare and complete shipments, including processing and loading delivery notes
- Manage delivery documentation and supply orders through ERP systems (SAP)
Optimise warehouse space and use of handling equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards
Perform inventory controls using ERP systems (SAP)
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and suppliers for aligned warehouse processes
Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse procedures and support HSEQ audits
Ensure full compliance with HSE procedures, reporting any hazards or incidents and maintaining a safe working environment
What we’re looking for
High school diploma
Previous experience in warehouse management
Ability to operate forklifts and cranes
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Good knowledge of MS Office (including Project/Planner tools)
Good communication skills in both English and Italian
➕ Nice to have
Experience in structured or industrial environments
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in logistics operations
Strong practical mindset and attention to detail
