The role will focus on caring for clients from an agreed target list of leading Softlines, Hardlines, and Toy vendors and/or brands, with the aim of supporting them with a range of testing, inspection, and auditing services.
Main Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Managing customer problems and requests, identifying the area in which the problem falls, and proposing possible solutions.
- Working under the direction of the Local client Solution Manager to ensure agreed-upon goals and objectives are achieved, including adherence to all Company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Maintaining effective communication and relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders who may influence the Company's activities and performance.
- Creating a consistent and personalized customer experience, ensuring all teams have a 360-degree view of customer requirements.
- Providing insights to support strategic decision-making, personalizing campaigns, and predicting future customer needs.
- The maintenance of all equipment in a safe and satisfactory manner and in conformance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Requisitions:
- Proficiency in Windows applications
- English language skills (B1/B2 level) - French language skills also desirbale
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
