About the Role
We are looking for a 6 months Intern to support the ACMA Customer Service team in the following activities:
- Create offers and economic proposals for Spare Parts in collaboration with the tutor;
- Support the team in the spare parts business to achieve the area objectives;
- Set-up and constant follow-up of spare parts offers
- Creation of suggested spare parts lists
- Monitoring of market penetration and new actions to increase the business
- Support ACMA foreign company offices for the previously listed activities by supervising the progress in achieving the economic targets
- Provide remote support to our Client Companies worldwide.
What You Need to Be Successful
• Degree in Economics & Business Administration or Languages; • Excellent knowledge of English language preferably at a business level. The knowledge of a third language is highly appreciated plus (German, Spanish or French); • Knowledge of SAP is a favorable plus; • Communication skills and customer orientation; • Strong human relationship builder among different professional environments and diverse cultures; • Precise and meticulous, attention to details is fundamental; • Highly organized; • Previous experience in Customer Service will be appreciated.
